绿色有机合成化学
过渡金属催化方法学
功能分子构建新方法研究
为深入了解惰性化学键的断裂规律,探索其反应活性和选择性,发展高效高选择性的绿色有机合成方法,余达刚博士在惰性化学键(如C—O键、C—C键和C—H键)活化这一富有挑战性的领域进行了深入研究,取得了一些创新性学术成果和突破性研究进展。根据“推拉协同效应”、“相互活化”和“串联催化”等研究理念,首次成功实现了酚、烯醇和醇的直接C—O键活化,实现了非对称高苄醚的C—O键选择性转化以及芳基的C—CN键活化,并在(杂)芳基、烯基以及烷基C—H键活化领域进行了大量探索,促进了人们对这些惰性化学键活化机制、反应性和选择性的认识,直接高效地制备了重要的联芳基化合物、多取代烯烃、二芳基甲烷、苄基格氏试剂、(联)杂环化合物、卤代物和腈类化合物,逐步提高了反应的“原子经济性”、“步骤经济性”、官能团兼容性和实用性,为进一步广泛应用于有机合成奠定了坚实的基础。
在四川大学化学学院开展独立工作后,余达刚博士课题组针对氧化基化反应中存在的问题(需要使用剧毒的CO和氧化剂),利用无毒的CO2代替CO制备重要的杂环类化合物,无需使用氧化剂,变废为宝,降低成本,并努力实现其工业化。目前已经实现了CO2参与的啉类化合物的高效制备,具有原料廉价易得、适用范围广、可克级反应等特点,具有较强的实用性。
余达刚博士已经在acc Chem. Res,Nature Chem.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Chem. Commun.,Chem. -Eur. J. 以及Org. Lett等专业刊物上发表二十九篇论文,他引1700余次,H因子19。在以第一作者或者通讯作者身份发表的14篇学术论文中,有7篇被ChemistryViews、Synfacts或 ChemCatChem作为亮点介绍,有6篇成为相应杂志的hot paper、most read articles、扉页文章或封面文章,有5篇成为ESI热点论文或高引用论文。
